Exspect launches celebrity iPhone cases

Not just any old iPhone, the new range of Exspect cases are doing their bit for charity, as well as keeping your smartphone safe.

The cases support the Whatever it Takes charity, a unique artwork campaign featuring ‘symbols of hope for the 21st Century’ drawn by prominent people in the worlds of fashion, film, television, music and sport. Over 660 celebs have joined the project to date, raising more than $3 million for charitable projects worldwide.

A good number of those have offered up signed artwork for iPhone (and iPod) cases too, with cases from the the likes of Dizzee Rascal, Rob da Bank, Foo Fighters Dave Grohl, The Prodigy and David Bowie on the market, with a chunk of the proceeds going to raise funds for 'key global development issues including poverty alleviation, environmental conservation and the protection of children'. The cases are also packaged using environmentally friendly paper, non toxic inks and are specially made to minimise waste.

The actual cases, designed for the iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS or iPod, fit snugly around your device, offering full access, as well as safety from the high grade polycarbonate outer. The cases are available to buy from Carphone Warehouse, HMV, WH Smith and other major high street retailers, priced at £14.99.
