Vodafone has announced that it has lowered the price of the Vodafone 845 mobile phone. The budget handset is now available for just £70, according to the Eurodroid website via PAYG. Based on the Android operating system, the 845 can be hardly described as a feature-rich phone but does offer the user a resistive touchscreen. It is well made, however, and doesn't feel like a budget model.
For a further £29, you can buy the more advanced San Francisco offering, via Orange, which offers a more advanced capacative screen sporting 800 x 480 pixels.
Vodafone also provides its 360 service for the 845 handset which gives you MyWeb, a service that is ideal for browsing and Music that brings you all the latest tracks and albums from just 49p.
Other features include a 3.2-megapixel camera and a 2.8in screen.
