Not just another app, the Ministry of Sound app for the iPhone offers up a bit of queue jumping too.Saying that. it's still essentially a promotional tool for the UK-based dance brand and clubbing emporium. According to App Shopper, it offers up news and 'insider information' about Ministry of Sound, as well as details of upcoming events all over the UK. If you want to listen to tunes, you can do that too, courtesy of the Ministry of Sound radio station 24/7. If that's not enough, you can preview tracks from MOS and download them directly to your iTunes library - for a price we suspect. All well and good, but it's the ticketing aspect we're most impressed with. You can buy tickets on your handset for club nights and events, which are delivered straight to your phone, that same phone getting you in - and getting you to the front of the queue. Nice touch. Just don't drop your phone when you are throwing some shapes on the dancefloor. The app is free and available now from the app store.
