Bluetooth headset specialists Aliph has introduced what they are calling their "most sophisticated product yet". The Jawbone ICON provides the consumer with options of how they want to use their headset, by customising what the multifunction button does. The process, which Jawbone has christened MyTALK DialApps enables customers to choose what a press of a button does, such as voice dial or voice to text. By using MyTALK AudioApps, users can also choose the voice that feeds them information such as who is calling and how much battery power remains on the device. This customisation can be achieved by visiting mytalk.jawbone.com, though at present it is currently in a private beta stage.
Like a bit of colour with your Bluetooth headset? Aliph has donned the Jawbone ICON with six different shades, while the manufacturer's NoiseAssassin technology has been upgraded to further reduce wind reduction and other outside noise.
The Jawbone ICON is currently on-sale in the US for $99.99 with a UK date and pricing set to be announced in the coming months.
