HTC Magic version to feature QWERTY keyboard?

Google's Nexus One has hit many headlines over the past few weeks. However, talk about additional companions to Google's first mobile foray have been rife. One recent model has already been mooted via Motorola, known as the Shadow. Now, observers are targeting a new variant of the HTC Magic as a possible third Nexus family member.

The principle modification to the original Magic mobile phone is the additional of a full QWERTY keyboard. Such a feature has been listed within Google's plans, especially when tailoring a handset towards a lower price, according to the Cell Passion website.

The original Magic includes a HVGA touchscreen, HSDPA data transfer facility, Wi-Fi, GPS and a digital compass along with a 3.2-megapixel camera.

We'll pass on more concrete details when we receive them.
