Samsung to release two dual SIM phones

Samsung is to release two new mobile phones into European territories that will have the capability to hold dual SIM cards.

 

The first device, the B5722, is based upon quad-band GSM / EDGE connectivity and arrives with a 2.8in QVGA display packing in 262k colours. Adding a TouchWiz Lite 1.0 user interface plus access to social networking sites such as Facebook and MySpace, entertainment arrives on the back of a MP3 player and FM Radio. Bluetooth is present for wireless connections of accessories and a 3.2-megapixel camera is featured too. A microSD card slot is also included with a capacity of 8GB, according to the GSM Arena website.

 

The Samsung C6112 is based on a slider chassis and also features quad-band GSM / EDGE connectivity. Offering a slightly smaller 2.4in screen, the handset includes a music player, FM radio with RDS, Bluetooth and a 2-megapixel camera plus a microSD card slot with a 8GB capacity.

 

No prices or final distribution have been mooted but expect a December release in Europe.
