The world's smallest watchphone?

A new mobile watch phone has been announced by Kempler & Strauss that, claims the company, is the smallest of its type in the world.

The new phone will go head-to-head against the likes of the LG GD910 and the Samsung S9110. To be known as the W Phone, the design utilises Bluetooth to connect to a headset that the company includes in the package. Alternatively, the W Phone can access an in-car stereo option, if the car supports such a facility.

Despite its small stature, the new phone retains a touchscreen. A built in camera is also included although the specification is currently unknown. The camera can record video too. For entertainment purposes, you also get a MP3 player and a games. To enhance the musical experience, the W Phone features a microSD slot that allows the unit to expand the internal memory to 4GB.

The W Phone will be presented as an unlocked GSM design for the equivalent price of £125.
