According to Akihabara News, the WOOO can record 720p video with a five-megapixel camera (the i8910HD has an eight-meg lens) with 3x optical zoom and also packs an HDMI port, 1Seg TV Tuner, Lismo Video and wireless music capabilities. No touch-screen though, just a normal flip format with standard keypad.
