Sony Ericsson's new clamshell mobile phone, the Bao, has been spotted in the wild via a selection of new images.
Sony Ericsson has been the focus of a range of new stories including the forthcoming launch of the Xperia 2 handset, the news of the proposed Xperia X5 phone and the new phone stores that are beginning to appear in Europe. Now the phone company is targeting a new mobile that appears to ape Nokia's Prism series of handsets, according to the Pocket Lint website.
The new Bao is a clamshell design with the distinctive, angular chassis design. Apart from spotting that the new design packs a built in camera of unknown specification, the rest of the features of the new phone are still a mystery.
Sony Ericsson has yet to officially announce the handset but observers believe that this will be sooner rather than later.
