Following on from the recently announced headphones and speakerphone, Jabra has now unveiled two new Bluetooth headsets that, intriguingly, feature base stations with integrated touchscreens. In fact, each base station includes a 2.4in screen that allows you to switch between calls. It also provides a number redial facility as well as including a variable volume control. Each headset docks magnetically when recharging, according to the Mobile Whack website.
More specifically, the GO 6400 can handle mobile, landline and VoIP calls with a standard Bluetooth range. The PRO 9400 features a more extended range of around 450 feet. Both units include a caller ID facility.
Neither Bluetooth design has been released but Jabra has said that both will be during September of this year, initially in the USA but other territories will follow later. The initial price will be "from $199". We assume that refers directly to the GO 6400. Hence, the PRO 9400 has yet to receive a proposed price figure.
