Subject to many rumours and already featured here, on these pages, the new mobile phone from Motorola, featuring the Android operating system, one of a host of Android handsets to be released by the company, has been spotted in the wild for the first time. The phone, which is due to be the fifth Android phone on the market apparently features a touchscreen and a sliding QWERTY keyboard including an intriguing keyboard layout, according to the Mini Suit website in addition to the rather startling blue, white and black livery.
The release date has yet to be finalised but observers say that the handset is likely to be released sometime within the fourth quarter of this year, although it not thought that the name will survive. Morrision is thought to be a codename only.
Reports say that the new phone is likely to be positioned within Motorola's proposed social networking line of new mobile releases. No price was mooted.
