Information has been leaked on a forthcoming smartphone from Samsung. Appearing in its 'B' series of handsets, and joining new releases such as the B7300, the Louvre B7610 was previously pictured under a rather non-descript image that resembled a F700. A new, far more interesting, picture reveals new details such as a high quality, 3.5in, AMOLED WVGA touchscreen display, similar to that seen on the S5050.
Other features, according to the WMPoweruser website, will include an accelerometer to speed up picture transfers from portrait to landscape and back again, a built in camera rated at 5-megapixels that also includes image stabilization and autofocus, GPS for location finding, Wi-Fi for long range wireless Internet connections, HSDPA connectivity for fast data transfers and 1GB of internal memory. A microSD card slot will allow memory upgrades up to 32GB. The new phone will also include a 1500 mAh battery.
To be released in July into Europe, an exact price has yet to be revealed.
