After the leaked photograph and the leaked news comes the leaked specifications for the forthcoming Sony Ericsson, touchscreen, Xperia X2. Of course, the following details have yet to be confirmed by the company. However, observers have arrived at the following details which include a 3.5in WVGA OLED display, a 8-megapixel camera that includes an auto-focus facility and VGA video running at 30fps plus GPS and aGPS for location finding.
According to the Mobile Whack website, the new Xperia X2 will also include a faster processor plus 512MB of internal RAM and, to no-one's surprise, an accelerometer. Of course, the interface will be based on Sony Ericsson's own Xperia panel interface but will run on top of Windows mobile 6.5. Reports say that the interface will also support a future operating system upgrade support. So, when Windows Mobile 7 appears, you will be able to upgrade to the new system via an interface panel.
