Good morning, Friday! It's a lovely day to rumour, so let's go - the next-gen iPhone is most likely going to come packing a CPU twice as powerful as the iPhone 3G, with probably twice the amount of RAM too, according to Engadget Mobile.
They're quoting Apple fan and tech writer John Gruber at Daring Fireball, who also substantiates those video recording rumours, and confirms that as we reported, the release date will be sometime in July, in 16GB and 32GB versions. No word on whether it'll support HD video though.
All should be revealed though, at Apple's annual World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC) when it takes place between 8-12 June in San Francisco.
