Samsung i8910 HD coming to Orange

Samsung's video savvy i8910 HD is available to buy now on a host of Orange contracts. The handset was announced in February at Mobile World Congress, when it went by the name of Samsung Omnia HD and sports a huge 3.7-inch touch-screen with the ability to record and play videos in high definition. Various sites are taking orders now for the phone ranging from free on a two year contract at £40 a month to £209 at £20 a month on an 18 month contract.

The handset certainly packs a huge amount under its bonnet. As well as the HD recording, users will be able to enjoy HSDPA, HSUPA and Wi-Fi data connections, an eight-megapixel camera while the phone will come in two variants with 8GB or a whopping 16GB of onboard storage.
