Basic information regarding the sequel to the BlackBerry Storm smartphone, the Storm 2, has already been discussed and RIM's CEO has also confirmed that the mobile phone is on the way but, for the first time, early photographs of the chassis have appeared, via the Crackberry website.
Although there are a number of images, spec details are still somewhat hazy. However, there are a few important details available. The Storm 2 will thinner with a more streamlined feel, and will include a new variant of touch-screen technology called TruePress (as opposed to the SurePress technology currently utilised). it is believed to have a 3.2-megapixel camera on board with autofocus. Other features will include Wi-Fi for wireless connections and GPS. There are no details regarding price or distribution details.
