Next Nokia touch phone to be iPhone-esque?

It's just all touch-screen round Nokia HQ, if you believe the (other) rumours. With the popularity of its first touch-screen, the 5800 XpressMusic, Nokia is now rumoured to be planning a phone with a capacitive (senses electrical signals as opposed to resistive/pressure-sensitive) touch-screen a la iPhone style, and with multi-touch capabilities as well.

According to Unwired View, Nokia will take on touch-screen tech from Synaptics, which only does capacitive screens, and a high-end smartphone, potentially with multi-touch function, is planned for Q3.

Capacitive screens tend to offer better, more intuitive user experiences thanks to advanced touch capabilities, but apparently Nokia made the 5800 XpressMusic resistive in order to cater for its Asian markets, where use of a stylus is necessary for character input.
