APP WATCH: ProCamera released for iPhone

A new image package, known as ProCamera, has been released for the Apple iPhone that has been designed to enable you to take better quality pictures with the iPhone's built in camera. Compatible with any iPhone running version 2.1 software, the new app, released via Daemgen.net, attempts to keep your iPhone pictures focused and sharp, according ot the PC World website.

In use, the ProCamera app uses the iPhone's included accelerometer to make a decision when the chassis is being held steadily enough to take a picture. When that instant moment is reached, the picture is taken. There are different settings to adjust the sensitivity of the accelerometer too.

For those looking to take a self-portrait, the app also provides a useful timer option that includes a loud countdown signal.

The app is available now from the Apple App Store for just $2.99.
