Emgeton Enzo mobile phone due for European release

A new mobile phone from Emgeton, which has, up until now, been better known for its range of digital music players, is due to be released into Europe during April. Known as the Enzo, the new mobile is based upon a candybar chassis. It also features a dual SIM option.

The dual-SIM option, which is also the focus of other manufacturer's new phone releases, such as the KS660 from LG, can be very useful for those who wish to use two services without the need to carry two phones at the same time. For example, you could have one SIM for business use and another for private calls. Each SIM could feature wholly different numbers and, of course, different bills.

Other features that are included with the Enzo include 3G and HSDPA for fast data transfer, a 2.2 inch TFT display that packs in 240 x 320 pixels and offers an array of 260k colours. It also includes a built-in camera but observers say that it's specification is no more than 2MP, according to the Unwired website.

No UK price or release date has been announced yet.
