Hit by nostalgia today, we're going to start this post by pondering the (not too long ago) days when five megapixels in a camera phone was pretty darn exciting.
Today it's a standard fixture in most mid-range handsets, like Samsung's new Lucido candybar phone, a slim-line fashion phone which also packs a music player, camera features including autofocus, LED flash, Smile Shot and Face Recognition, A-GPS, and HSDPA support up to 7.2Mbps, which, depending on your carrier's 3G coverage, should make for comfortable media streaming and downloads.
Its 2.2-inch ultra-bright AMOLED screen displays in full colour even in direct sunlight and sits pretty in an 11.8mm thin body. Internal memory is a little stingy at 110MB, and the phone doesn't come with a microSD card (though it does have the slot, expandable by up to 16GB)
Yep, it's another mid-range good looker from Samsung, who've nailed the form by now. Launches in early April on all major networks and carriers.
