HTC's been hitting the touch-screen smartphones rather hard of late, but we've spotted some pictures of a full QWERTY, non touch-screen smartphone, codenamed Maple.
CNET Germany were the first to get some details on the Maple - trackball, two-megapixel camera and a keyboard that may not be pretty, but will probably serve up the handiest email/text experience ever.
There's also a new feature that HTC is calling ‘Inner Circle', which saves all communication - texts, calls, emails - with your top contacts in one place, and, apparently, according to time and day of the week.
Sounds a bit like their 'people-centric communication' as seen in the Touch Pro2 and Diamond2, and it's likely to be another Windows Mobile device.
The launch date is yet to be announced.
