The new mobiles include the QA4. The new design, which is also known as the Halo, is presented as a slider configuration with a 2.8in TFT touchscreen spanning 240 x 400 pixels. Despite the inclusion of the touchscreen, the phone does feature a keypad. Other features reportedly included are an accelerometer to enable the phone image to quickly change from portrait to landscape mode and CDMA / EV-DO connectivity.
The VE66LX is being marketed as the luxury version of the VE66 (hence, the LX appellation). It arrives with a gold finish.
The QA1 is a more business oriented handset, according to the Engadget website. It includes a full QWERTY keyboard.
Both prices and release dates for the UK have yet to be released.
