T-Mobile was rated the top brand online in the Mobile sector, according to an index published by PR and Word of Mouth Consultancy Kaizo.
Their online reputation is tops because of an active presence on Facebook and Twitter, where posts often recommended T-Mobile as the brand with the best deals. However, criticism over poor customer service (which apparently was the case across whole mobile sector) reduced its score.
O2 and Vodafone tied for second place, with O2 particularly polarising opinions - positive on its contract deals, negative on its poor communication with customers.
3's broadband service got kudos all around, though again, customer service was rated poor. Orange scored lowest of all the mobile brands, with negative comments on their customer service dominating online conversations.
