LG has unveiled a new mobile phone. The KM330 is a candybar design that targets the low end of the market but will be of use to those users looking to handle various types of media, including music, according to the Mobile Whack website.
The new phone offers Tri-Band GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 connectivity via a 2-inch screen that packs in 256,000 colours over 340x220 pixels of resolution. Reports say that a camera is included and this built in facility is rather better than might first be expected for such a low cost mobile. The specification is a healthy 3 megapixels.
Accompanying that is a Bluetooth 2.0 option that will allow the connection of wireless accessories over short distances. Memory, out of the box, is a little sparse at 90Mb but a microSD card slot is included that will upgrade the capacity to a healthy 8Gb.
