A new protective case for the Blackberry Storm has been under development for some time and is nearing a formal release date. Called the Seidio Innocase II Surface, the case is constructed from a hard rubber substance and arrives in two pieces that snap together to form a secure fit.
According to the Crackberry website, using the Blackberry in the case is a pleasant experience as it give the Storm an extra sense of rigidity whilst allowing it to sit flat against a work surface. You are going to need to remove the Storm from the case if you wish to attach the mobile to the charging pod, however.
Observers say that the final price for the case will probably be $29.95 and will ultimately arrive in a range of colours. Owners of the Blackberry Bold will also be interested to hear that the company is producing a similar case for that mobile too.
