Samsung has released information on a new mobile phone which is to be released to replace the U900 Soul. The Samsung S8300 is due for sale in March and will be contained within a slider chassis.
The handset will include a high specification, 8MP camera that will arrive complete with autofocus. The sturdy, duralumin surface which features an anti-scratch and an anti-fingerprint coating, will span 12.8mm thickness whilst the high quality, 2.8mm WQVGA AMOLED screen will be able to show 16 million colours.
The interface, which will be based on a Widget design, will also include GPS for location finding whilst entertainment features will include a FM radio, according to the Daily Mobile website. Data transfer will be swift and speedy via the built in HSDPA facility running at a healthy 7.2Mbps. You will also find a microSD card for expandable memory
