As the run-up to Mobile World Congress shortens, phone manufacturers are getting increasingly trigger-happy with ‘unplanned' leaks of their upcoming handsets.
This time, it's Sony Ericsson with a new Cybershot phone. The C903 was previously known as ‘Frances'; now we know it'll be a five-megapixel slider with GPS and a 2.4-inch QVGA screen.
It's basically a downgrade of one of our favourite camera-phones, last year's 8-megapixel C905, with a pleasingly lowered price tag to match. No Wi-fi, but the usual suite of Cybershot photo apps are here - PhotoFix, Face Detection and Smile Shutter.
Expect the official announcement at next month's Mobile World Congress, and release by end of Q2.
