Sony Ericsson has unveiled two further mobile phones to join the already announced W508 and C510. The W715 is the latest release in the Walkman range.
According to the Intomobile website, the Sony Ericsson W715 will be sold as a Vodafone exclusive. Arriving within a slider chassis, the handset will offer WiFi for wireless connection to the Internet at a distance plus high speed data transfer via the included HSDPA standard. As well as the 2.4in screen displaying QVGA resolution the phone also includes a built in camera. The specification is reasonable at 3.2MP. Entertainment facilities include FM radio with RDS plus TrackID with text search and SenseMe plus a M2 slot. The release date is to be announced soon.
To recap, as the phone was announced some time ago, the C510 is an entry lever Cyber-shot handset with a 3.2MP camera plus auto-focus with face detection, Smile Shutter and Photo fix.The W508 comes with Shake and Gesture control, SensMe, TrackID and access to the manufacturer's PlayNow arena.
