Orange is introducing a one-off package that will give its customers both broadband access at home and on the move. Customers who sign up to an 18-month contract priced at £20 per month will receive a USB dongle for broadband access through a portable laptop and a free wireless router for broadband access in the home.
Orange claims that home download speeds will be able to reach up to 8MB, with inclusive weekend and evening calls to UK landlines starting with 01, 02 and 03. When using the USB dongle on the move, the operator promises download speeds of up to 3.6Mpbs, with a download usage allowance of 3GB per month.
Orange is also offering the service on a one-month rolling contract. The Internet Everywhere 30 Days tariff offers the same benefits as the Home and Mobile Broadband package, although the USB dongle will need to be purchased for £49.99 in addition to the £20-per-month charge.
Orange's Home and Mobile Broadband and Internet Everywhere 30 Days deals are available from Orange Stores and Telesales (0800 079 2000). The Home and Broadband package is also available from Orange's online shop, www.orange.co.uk.
