Samsung has announced the release of three new mobile phones: the J800 Luxe, L700 and L870 units.
According to the GSM Arena website, the J800 Luxe is, in fact, more of a mid-range handset, despite its name. A slider with a TFT screen spanning 2.2in, this 15mm thick mobile phone includes a 2MP camera with a built-in ‘auto-blog' function that allows you to send images to your blog via a 3G connection. Other features include an FM radio complete with RDS messages, Bluetooth plus a microSD slot and tri-band HSPDA.
The L700 is, in contrast, bereft of too much information bar reports that it can handle email, comes with an Internet browser and document viewer and will arrive in pink, gold and silver.
The L870 resembles the Soul in some respects and runs on Symbian. It is 13.5mm thick and comes complete with a QVGA TFT screen spanning 2.4in.
