BenQ has unveiled its latest smartphone device that aims to take your office on the move. The BenQ E72 operates on Windows Mobile 6 meaning familiar Microsoft applications such as Outlook and Windows Live can be easily accessed via the handset. The BenQ E72 is also the first device to feature in-built IM software that enables IM access no matter what network you use, thus opening the door to MSN, Google Talk, Yahoo ICQ, AOL and Jabber.
Users of the E72 will also be able to enjoy seamless movement between GSM and Wi-Fi networks without fear of dropping a call. The BenQ E72 is impressively light at just 90g and measures only 13mm in width making it one of the slimmest smartphones available.
The BenQ E72 is currently only available on BT Fusion packages, which includes free Wi-Fi connection, a choice of Wi-Fi enabled handsets, including the BenQ E72 and a BT Business Hub. BenQ expects the E72 to become more widely available throughout the year.
