Sony Ericsson delivers access to 150 million videos

Using Sony Ericsson's video-enabled handsets and web portal, customers will be able to access any video on the web with the vtap application from Veveo. vtap allows users to search the whole internet to find, view and collect web videos from the likes of YouTube and MySpace.

According to vtap, the popularity of online videos now makes it difficult for users to access them on the move. However, the vtap application begins to deliver research results from the moment you tap the first character into its search engine. The results are then refined as more characters are entered, enabling users to often find what they want without entering in full keywords or phrases. Results are then grouped into easy to browse folders.
