Nokia offers 6300i with free internet calls

Priced at under £100, Nokia's upgrade to its reliable and still popular 6300, the 6300i, adds a stream of new features that makes the re-jigged handset an attractive proposition to mobile users on a budget.

Complete with Nokia Maps on a 512Mb memory card, Opera mini-browser for the Internet, a 2.5mm audio-port and a QVGA 2" screen, it's the addition of Wi-Fi which has raised eyebrows because VoIP has been fully integrated into the phone.

Reports say that you will even be able to see VoIP or WLAN symbols associated with your listed phone numbers to deliniate what type of connection they refer to. A final UK release date has yet to be announced.
