Building on the success of the Navigator 6110, the Nokia 6210 Navigator is tailored towards both drivers and pedestrians. Fitted with the new Nokia Maps 2.0, while travelling on foot, consumers can enjoy full voice and visual turn-by-turn guidance at no extra cost. With the built-in compass and additional ‘accelerometer' that measures changes in direction and orientation, the Nokia 6210 Navigator uses Nokia Maps 2.0 to plan the quickest route before displaying it. As with its predecessor, the 6210 also provides full voice guidance, with your location being quickly located thanks to the phone's A-GPS.
The Nokia 6210 Navigator is ready to run straight out of the box, with local maps preloaded on the 1GB memory card and map updates available in the sales price. Furthermore, users can purchase multimedia city guides from premium content providers via the Nokia Maps application or download additional map areas for free via the Nokia Map Loader at maps.nokia.com
The Nokia 6210 Navigator will be available from Q3 2008 for around £220 (ex. VAT).
