O2 unveils the O2 Xda Orbit 2

Operating on Windows Mobile 6, the Xda Orbit 2 is available with CoPilot Live 7's satellite navigation software, making it a useful guide for both drivers and pedestrians, although there is a business model available without the software. Sporting a large, bright 2.8-inch colour TFT LCD touch-screen, and despite its slim build, the device offers an array of features.


Both 3G and Wi-Fi enabled, the Xda Orbit 2 comes bundled with Microsoft Office tools that enable customers to open, edit and send documents in Excel Mobile, Word Mobile and PowerPoint Mobile. In addition, the handset includes a three-megapixel camera, complete with video recording, FM radio, MP3 player and expandable memory of up to 32GB. The O2 Xda Orbit 2 follows the success of the of the original Xda Orbit, O2's best selling Xda to date.


The O2 Xda Orbit 2 will be on-sale from 11 February, subject to tariff.
