Motorola unveils Z10 high speed video phone

After months of press embargo, Motorola has finally lifted the lid on its new MOTO Z10 handset, which comes packed with top-end features, including an ultra speedy 3.2 megapixel camera, HSDPA speed internet access and loads of clever video technology.

For all its whizzy features, video is at the core of the new Motorola Z10 and the device boasts an impressive 30 fps capture and playback, Then, once you have shot your home movies, storyboard editing lets you connect multiple videos, add a soundtrack and add commentary and visual effects.

This is also the first time that Motorola has included a 3.2 megapixel camera on one of its phones and previews suggest that this is a great little shotmaker. Motorola claims that instant launch and auto-focus will deliver photos in one second, meanwhile, a super fast burst mode of three shots per second means you'll have no excuse for missing a moving target.

And once you've shot your photos and videos, the Z10 lets you instantly publish both to the web with YouTube anbd Shozu on board, as well as Google and Yahoo. The handset will also be able to support an external memory card of up to 32GB. The MOTO Z10 is expected to be available in Q1 2008.
