New Glofiish M800 smartphone announced

The Glofiish M800 packs a sliding QWERTY keyboard, HSDPA and Wi-Fi connectivity as well as built-in GPS. The M800's VGA screen (640 x 480) means images, documents and video are both sharper and clearer. Powered by a Windows Mobile 6 platform, the device includes a mobile office suite for productivity, search and support for push email.

The launch of the M800 follows the last weeks unveiling of the Glofiish X600 and X800. The X600 comes in a stylish metallic black and red design, with built-in GPS and GPRS and Wi-Fi connectivity. The X800 boasts a 2.8-inch VGA display, complete with GPS, HSDPA and Wi-Fi connectivity, VoIP, instant messaging and video calling.

The Glofiish X800 is now available to buy, with the X600 out on 30 November and M800 due to follow on 13 December. All three handsets will be distributed by Hugh Symons Telecom and Portix.
