HTC unveils four new smartphones

In addition to the launch of the new HTC Touch Dual, HTC has announced the HTC Shift, the HTC S730 and the HTC P6500.

The HTC Shift is a compact laptop with always-on HSDPA connectivity, Windows Vista and an auto-sliding QWERTY keyboard. The device weighs 800g and comes with a 7ins 'slide and tilt' screen, as well as SnapVUE technology to provide instant access to emails.

The HTC S730 (pictured) is an enhanced version of the HTC S710 handset, but with upgraded features, including HSDPA connectivty and a 400MHz processor for speedy working. As with the S710, the new S730 is a compact smartphone with a neat sliding QWERTY keypad.

Finally, the HTC P6500 is designed for the enterprise market, and boasts a 3.5ins screen, 3-megapixel camera, HSDPA connectivity,  barcode and fingerprint scanning capabilities and GPS built-in.
