Mobyko has your phone's back

We've all been there, manually copying your contacts on your new phone from your old handset. Thankfully a new free service called Mobyko removes this long-winded process by storing your contacts online. You just go to www.mobyko.com, register yourself and your handset (it supports 150 models - that's 90% of new handsets on the market) and you can synch your contacts over-the-air anywhere in the world.

Mobyko also lets you upload your photos via MMS to share online while you can send text messages from your PC (10 free texts are dished out when you register) to contacts in your address book and access to video, wallpapers and ringtones are also available on the website.

If you sign up for the Premium service at £25 for a year's subscription you get a 100 free texts, 10 free downloads worth up to £20, a personalised daily news service, extra storage for all your personal multimedia and access to a VIP customer helpline.
